Ludwigia arcuata

Ludwigia arcuata is a highly desirable plant in the aquarium because of its colourful foliage and versatility in the aquascape. The stems are thin and delicate with slender needle-like leaves protruding from the sides. Under optimum conditions, this plant will exhibit its well known hypnotic red/orange colouration. Needle-leaf ludwigia looks best when planted in the mid-ground, grouped in a dense cluster.
