Shipping (Live Plants)
All live plants are shipped via the Express service through Australia Post. Express shipping is a flat rate of $10 regardless of how many plants are purchased whether that is 1 bunch of plants or 20.
Due to delays with the post, orders are sent on Mondays only to ensure that they arrive during the week. Public holidays may affect the day we dispatch orders.
Once your package has been dispatched, the tracking number will be emailed to you so you track the progress of your delivery.
Delivery usually takes one business day but can take up to two if you live outside the Express Post delivery network.

Attention WA & TAS customers: Unfortunately due to state laws, plants cannot be sent to WA & TAS.
Shipping (Dry Goods)
Orders for dry goods (non plants) are shipped either by Australia Post or courier service. Delivery is a flat rate of $10 for orders to Metropolitan Melbourne up to 30kgs.
Freight to metropolitan areas in most capital cities ie. Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra will start from $10 and reach a maximum of $15 for up to 25kgs. This rate may increase depending on the pricing of the courier.
For other areas the cost of shipping will be start at $10 and reach a maximum of $11.50 for up to 3kg. Please contact us for a shipping quote for orders over 3kg.

Returns & Gurantee Policy
Due to the persiable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns of live goods.
We offer a 100% live delivery guarantee on all our livestock. In the rare chance that your plants do arrive dead or in a poor condition please email us on the day of arrival with your order number and a clear photograph at info@z-aquatics.com.au. We will arrange for a refund or credit towards your next order.
Z-Aquatics accepts returns of dry goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unopened, unused and still in its original packaging.
The buyer responsible for the return freight expenses and Z-Aquatics does not accept any liability for the loss or damages to the product while in transit. Refunds exclude all shipping costs. Please notify us at info@z-aquatics.com.au if you intend to return an item.
For warranty claims please contact us. Z-Aquatics does cover shipping costs on warranty claims. Freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
